You should be able to delete the meeting from your calendar (or
the originating calendar), At that point you should be asked
whether you want to send an update or just cancel the meeting.
Most of the time, people see the meeting immediately and respond
pretty quickly. There is not a method to re-call meetings. In
fact, re-calling messages rarely works very well because of
people sitting with Outlook open and they read the message
immediately upon receipt. (Inside the sent message, select the
Actions menu)
