How copy data from one calendar file to another

Since syncing my information between Office 2010 and an iPad, I have two calendar files. Outlook calendar shows one as "Calendar" and the second as "Calendar.ics". Since a certain date all entries in my iPod have been synced to Calendar.ics. That file does not contain older data in "Calendar". How can I copy the old data in "Calendar" to the same dates in "Calendar.ics"?
