How do I compress high resolution pic from Publisher doc to mail?

How do I compress the high resolution images, to make the size of the
attachment smaller for mailing?
The documment is 7 MB big, and I'm having difficulty mailing it.
I'm Using Microsoft Publisher 2002.

You could take the images into an editing program and re-sample them down.
WinZip?
I don't have Publisher 2002 installed on my computer yet, is there a compress
image icon on your picture toolbar? Appears as a square with arrows on each
corner...
