jossette,

Did you just get an Internet connection yesterday? have you ever seen a
Newsgroup before? Normally, posters try to explain the problem they are
having, including what software they are using. They usually include
such information in the body of the message. Apparently, these basics
went Zoom, Zoom, Zoom over your head.

On the plus side, you win the award for Idiotic Poster of the day.

It amazes me how rude some people can be. I am also new to news groups and
commets such as yours are nothing but negative. If your not going to help
don't give any input!!!

Kevan -

There is a huge problem with people who have questions and try to squeeze
everything into the Subject line. Unfortunately we occasionally allow our
human side of us to get the better of us and send in a response that is less
than helpful. You are new to newsgroups but you knew how to post a
question - I'll bet you read the directions. That's all we ask of anyone.
Well, that and possible run spell check before they hit the send button.

PS - Newsgroup is one word, comments is spelled incorrectly, and in the last
sentence, "your" should be "you're". Please understand that I am only
letting you know these things to be helpful.

You really are new to newsgroups aren't you? :)
The post you replied to was so old it wasn't even on my news providers
server.
