Hello,

I am new to publisher and I'm trying to print a full page of business cards but each card is different. I can only get it to print a full sheet of the same card. Please help.

Thank you for trying to help me. However, I didn't find anything there that tells me what I am looking for. I know how to print a page full of business cards that are all the same. I am trying to print a whole sheet of ten cards where each individual card is different from the other. I am printing membership cards and each card will have a different person's data on it. How do I do that?

Thanks,
Laurie

You can either use mail merge which if you have a lot of names may be the
best way to go (further instructions on paper size, etc will be needed if
you are going to use mail merge) or if the names are limited, just create
individual cards for each name and put them on a blank page. If you are
using preperfed stock then it will be necessary to position the cards to
correspond to the perforations on the card stock. For something this simple
there is no need for wizards or templates.

Laurie, You need to setup one card with the merge. In the page setup choose business
cards, adjust the "change copies per sheet", side margin, .75, top margin, .05 both
vertical and horizontal gaps .00. You will have one card on the screen.
Design your card, create a text box with your merge information.

Laurie, the answer is there on the webpage tutorials. You need to use the
Mail Merge with 10up business card option.
