how do i split an a4 page into 4 for flyers

I am desiging a flyer and want to have it repeated on a A$ page so when
printed, we get 4 copies per page, We will then cut these out. Using office
2007

Are you saying you designed the flyer as an A4 rather than postcard size? Your
printer will have an option to print 4 per page. Or save as a PDF, four per
page.
Or setup your page as a postcard, copy/paste the objects from the primary flyer
and adjust.
