How do I use XML to create a Schema?

I need guidance in using XML in Word and creating a Schema to add to the
Library. Are there tools that need to be activated from the CD or install to
create and use the Schema library?

Well, you do have to have the professional or enterprise version of Word 2003 in
order to use XML schemas. If that's what you have, then everything you need
should install.
