We have created a MS Word Template. We would like the users to open it, make updates, add data, etc. but when they are ready to save the new document they will be required to give it a new name as a way to make sure that the original template is not changed. In addition, we want the new file to be saved as a document (.doc or .docx) and not an updated template. If possible, we would like the file to automatically be saved in a particular directory which is different from the location of the master template.
How do we save a MS Word Template File where modified copies are saved as (.doc or .docx)?
