How to get rid of an error message when opening Outlook?

I have Outlook 2007. Everytime I open Outlook from my desktop, the following
error message appears:

Add-in redemption helper outlook extension cannot be loaded and has been
disabled by Outlook.
(C:\ProgramFiles\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.dll) Please
contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update available,
please uninstall the add-in.

To close the error message, I click OK. It is very annoying! Can anyone
explain what this means? I did not install any kind of add-in to my Outlook.
I did recently change my security program. I would like to remove the item
completely but don't know where to look. I have checked all of my computer
programs and cannot find this item.

You did install Outlook integration for your security program. Now the
question remains; did you install or uninstall SpamBlocker?

I don't recall being presented with an option to install or uninstall a
SpamBlocker. When I downloaded the security product (Norton Antivirus), I
simply followed the prompts by clicking Next on the installation wizard. How
do I check about the installation status of a SpamBlocker?
