How to print OneNote files from a machine with no OneNote installed?

When I am email a .one file (OneNote file) to a party with no OneNote
installed, how can this party print this file with the exactly same
formating? Is it possible to view, edit and print .one files on a
machine that does not have OneNote application installed? If not, is
there add-on like OneNote viewer?

Thanks for advising.

To view and edit *.ONE files you need a copy of OneNote 2003.

In order to publish the content for those who do not have OneNote
installed, you should File | Save As... the OneNote file as a *.MHT file,
which can be opened with Internet Explorer.
