how to solve conflicts Office 2007 with Nview desktop manager

Excel and Word 2007( beta 2) on my PC have a conflict with the NVIDIA Nview
Destop manager;
Only when the Desktop manager is disabled then Office Excel 2007 and Office
Word 2007 are displayed with a working top bar;
when de desktop manager is enabled an extra bar is displayed only showing
the minimize, maximaize and close button on the right side of the bar;
clicking on this buttons results in a blockade of the program
