HTTP Error 500-12 Application Restarting

I have been getting the subject message on all of my ASP enabled pages for
four or five days now and can't seem to get rid of it. We rebooted the server
once, which helped for a short time. Other websites on the server are fine,
but mine refuses to load ASP. It is critical that I get our pages up again
immediately.
