I can't activate product code on small business, after reloading .

I had a virus hit my windows , I had to take it in and have auithorized
dealers load windows on my computer from the disks. I downloaded Office
Small Business edition
with outlook, word, excel, etc. when I load the product key is says I can't
install because I have used up my allotment/ I just want to use the user I
had before the virus. How do I communicate that to the program. THanks So
Much. Judy
