installing Works 2005 with Word 2002

I just received Works 2005 with Word 2002. Presently I have Word 6.0. Do I
have to uninstall this to install Word 2002? I have Windows XP.

Generally speaking, a newer version of Word will install over an older one,
preserving your settings. If you *want* to keep Word 6.0, you can install in
a different folder.
