INTER-OFFICE MESSAGING SYSTEM

I am trying to set up an inter-office messaging (notes) system in our office
of 5-6 people. I want a system which can be shared on all of our computers,
and accessed at all times. Is this possible?

Are you trying to use Microsoft Office to do this? It sounds a lot like
e-mail or a discussion forum. Is that close?

It sounds like you might want to purchase a program to do this, or hire a
consultant to build something for you. There aren't really enough details
in your inquiry for someone to make a very good recommendation--you might
post back with more specifics about how you envision the messaging working.
