its abt flowcharts , pls HELP !!

how do u type in text into boxes in a flowchart in microsoft word ?
when u insert a rectangle , u cant type text into it
if u insert textbox then we hav to delet its border too or else
it wil be like 2 boxes , one in another
is ther any way out ?

To add text to AutoShapes, right-click and choose Add Text. This creates a
