After updating Office 2008 for Mac(12.1.5) I receive an error message that states:

Microsoft Entrourage wants to use your confidential information stored in "12.16.202.17" in your keychain.
The authenticity of "Microsoft Entourage" cannot be verified. Do you want to allow access to this item?

I click on the accept allows button but it continues to reappear until after several clicks and then Entourage retrieves the new emails. This happened the last time that Office was updated but I can't remember how it was resolved.

Try this:

Open the Keychain Access utility found in /Applications/Utilities.

Select Keychain Access menu --> Keychain First Aid...

Hope this helps!
