Hi,

Can enyone help with my problem.

Message apperas when i try to connect with Microsoft Project 2007 to Project
2007 Server (I ).

Microsoft Office Project 2007 account - I have Add same url and same
username when i use pwa websait.

Login Failed: Project could not connect to server
Please check your username and password and try again.

1. I can connect with my account to project web. http://myhost/pwa - It's OK
2. PWA is running on 80 port. just http://myhost - is Team site
3. No error appears in Event Log
4. Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager - Web Sites - Office Server
Web Service port is 56737 and ssl 56738.

I try to make an enterprise connection from Microsoft Office Project 2007.

And the Project client software is installed at the same server where is
Project Server 2007.

If you browse to PWA Project Centre and open a plan direct from the web page,
do you still get the error ?

I allow the Active X and the Project Center now shows me message:

There are no projects to view in Project Center. This is because you might
not have permissions on any projects or no projects are published.

Because i don't have any project published yet. I just installed it.

Try enabling client side logging with the following reg key. Does this
generate any additional information ?

I Made a new test project and WPA wanted to open Project professional. And i
was able to save new project and syncronise it to server.

Can i check somewhere the automatically made connection settings?

How can i make work the Project Professional Enterprise connection?

Can i check the setting witch the system used automatically, when
syncronising the test Project (I made in Project professional) to Server
database?

I have made two diffrent connection to Enterprise (By name and ip)
- first test to connect to server was
1. http://myhost/pwa
2. http://myhost/pwa/project
3. http://myip/pwa
4. http://myip/pwa/project

The answer ise Login Failed: Project could not connect to server.
