Mail Merge to form with 3 records per page - Help

I am trying to merge a list of records, put three records on a page, the next tree records on the next pages etc.

The form is set up with merge fields in correct locations. I have even tried to put a page break at end QUOTE 12, but that just adds blank page after each formmated page.

My issue is the records just index through the rows on the page, 1 record at a time. so record 1 falls off top, and record two is now record 1 etc...

I want the first 3 records, new page, next 3 records, etc..

Any thoughts?

your main document is a letter, or a dictionary, or labels?
Position records on the page. Record 2 and Record 3 have to start with a {
Next } field.
