Message "interface not registered" when sending message in Outlook 2002

Using Microsoft Word to Edit e-Mail Messages in Outlook 2002 XP.
When click "send" I get message window Microsoft Word "interface not registered"
Not a new install, just started happening. Tried Uninstall and then Install but did'nt help.
Same problem exists.
