When you are publishing a project, you need to ensure that
the resources that are within that project are members of
the Enterprise Resource Pool. These member names have to
match EXACTLY.

The best way to do this, is to use the Build Team from
Enterprise functionality when you're building a project
and then assign resources from this "mini-pool" to the
tasks in your project. This should eliminate your spooler
error. This also eliminates any human error in the
spelling of Resource names.....as that may be a cause of
your spooler errors.

The Spooler error usually means that you have local or non-enterprise
resources in your project plan, and that those local resources do not have
User accounts in Project Web Access. To solve the Spooler error problem
permanently, you can do one of two things:

A. Ask your Project Server Administrator to create a User account for each
local resource in Project Web Access (the name of each User account in PWA
must EXACTLY match the name of the local resource in your project)

or

B. Make each local resource a Generic resource by double-clicking the
resource's name in the Resource Sheet view of your project, and then select
the "Generic" option on the General page of the Resource Information dialog
box

As Vinh has indicated in his previous post, another way to eliminate this
problem is to build your project team by clicking Tools - Build Team from
Enterprise. Doing so will create a project team consisting only of
enterprise resources.

However, I also know that in the "real world", sometimes we have temporary
workers (such as contractors and consultants) who perform work on a single
project only, and they are not members of our enterprise resource pool,
which necessitates the use of local resources in our project. I am assuming
that you have local resources in your project due to the latter reason.
Hope this helps.
