OFFICE 2003 INSTALLATION ERROR 1304

Installing Office 2003 - got error messaage;

"Error 1304. Error writing to file: C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\FRAHV.TTF. Verify that
you have access to that directory"

What do I need to do to rectify this situation?
