OneNote should allow you to "screen clip" the entire web page

Our users need to save copies of the entire web page - this includes the part
of the web page that scrolls off the screen. OneNote only allows you to
capture the part of the web page that is visiable on the screen. In order to
capture the rest, the user has to screen clip the rest of the page in another
step.

There is an Add-in available at:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx under Downloads
for Office 2003, OneNote, Add-in that installs in Internet Explorer and
sends the contents of a web page to OneNote under Web Clippings. While
content is send, format is not always preserved.

Yes, perhaps Microsoft will provide in future. When I have a web page where
I consider format essential, I convert it to a *.pdf file and save outside
of OneNote.
