Ordinal 309 not be located in the dynamic link library ltkrn13n.d.

    I cannot get word processer in works to open up. I have deleted the office 60
    day thing that is in my mothers computer and the word procsser will not
    start this comes up instead I bought works & Exel for her because that is
    what she wanted I have put ltkrn13n.dll back in both works and xp know what
    else can I do . mother s 84 so I think she is doing great having a computer .
    by ther fway her last one broke. It was a Franklin so tell Bill this is not a
    good money maker
