One of my users is getting this message when attempting to print out an
Outlook 2003 email that is HTML that has an attachment. It does not mattter
which printer he chooses, the same error message appears. Printing from
Excel, PowerPoint and other applications is fine. I have done a "Detect and
Repair" within Outlook with no change. I also did a System Restore to about a
week ago, and no change there either to the error message.

If he forwards the email to himself in Rich Text Format, the problem
disappears. His printing works fine with all Rich Text Format emails.

Any ideas on what might be the problem?

Is this a Profile problem?
