My Outlook 2000 began to crash after I installed a Program called K-9
http://keir.net/k9.html which is an anti-spam program. (Recommended by my
ISP) So I uninstalled the K-9 program but my Outlook continues to crash. I
have removed Office 2000 and then reinstalled it. It still it crashes. I have
reinstalled Windows XP and reinstalled MS Office and still it crashes. There
was a posting on Microsofts website
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305928/en-us that had me start Office in the
safe mode "Outlook.exe /safe" which does work. They wanted me to remove a
bunch of .dat files then restart Outlook. This did not fix the problem. I can
run in the safe mode but I cannot customise Outlook. What more can I do?
