Outlook 2003 activesync error message 8503001f

I have set up a connection between laptop Outlook 2003, and IPaq 6915. This
new error message in Active sync says that a new profile has been set up or
password protected but when I look into the profile in the control panel,
nothing has changed from the original set up configeration. Doeas anybody
know how to fix this error?
