Outlook 2003 Contacts Follow Up Flag Question

Bob

I put a follow up flag in one of my contacts, but I wanted Outlook to
remind me without my having to do a View by flag. I came up with a
convoluted way, which is to copy the contact to an e-mail folder and
then flag it for follow up. In this way, I can see it in my For
Follow Up folder all the time and am reminded.

Is there a less kludgy way to do this? I don't understand why the For
Follow Up folder can't have all flagged ITEMS, not just e-mail.

TIA.

No, Search Folders apply to mail items only.

Note that when you set a reminder on a contact, it will still remind you in
the Reminders Window when it is due. If you want to see it there all the
time, set the reminder x days or weeks before it occurs.
