Outlook 2003 - Echange server error 0x8004011D

S

Silvan Becker

After upgrading from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 I am
getting an 0x8004011D "The server is not available" error
when I try to send/receive mail.

The error only occurs when working from home where I
connect to our office exchange server via a notebook ->
Windows XP -> software VPN (Tunix) -> WiFi -> ADSL
configuration. Using the same configuration with Outlook
2002 worked fine before.

When I am working in our office and connect via the LAN
everything works still fine like before.

The following lines are the VPN configuration

Does anyone has a working hypothesis about what could be
the cause of this error message? Thanx!
