Outlook 2003 - Rules only work on primary IMAP account. All other rules for other IMAP accounts wil

Hello,

I have run into a problem where my rules associted with my second and
third IMAP account will not work crroectly when receving incoming mail
through those accounts. I have even tried applying the rules to all
accounts and the messages are still not processed. I can however, do a RUN
NOW and sometimes the rules will run but only for one message at a time.

Has anyone else seen this? Is this a bug or am I missing something?
