Outlook: allow appts for 1st/2nd (some)day after 1st Sun/or/date

Outlook should allow a person to make an appointment for the first date after
a suggested date. For instance, in our locale, school always starts on the
first Wednesday after Labor Day. Labor Day is always the 1st Monday of
September. Opening day could therefore be the 1st or 2nd Wednesday. It would
be nice to be able to set up a recurring event/appoinment that would take
place on the 1st Wednesday after the first Monday. There are various other
uses for this, I just wanted to give one example. I know that things like Boy
Scout Sunday and other dates can be figured in this way. As a Church, we also
have additional uses with things that fall after certain Sundays, etc.
