Outlook has a bad folder attached to mail address book

Hi
I recently moved Outlook 2k - to 2003, and at the end imported my old pst
from 2k.
Now the mail address book has no entries, and complains of a missing / bad
folder. I've tried all sorts to fix this - so far no luck.
Has any kind soul any ideas???

Are your Contacts stored in the main Contacts folder? If so make sure it is
marked to show up in the Address Book;
