This one seems simple, but I've got a mental block on this
so any help would be appreciated.
Constants
Production qty 16200
Pcs / box 4000
Boxs/ pallet 40
Have three types of packaging
A = Production batch part boxed ie 4 cartons of 4000 and
one of 200, therefore 5 boxes / batch
B= Production batched full boxed ie 4 carton of 4000 and
200 scrapped
C= Continuious packaging ie 4 carton of one batch and box
five would have 200 of batch 1 and 3800 of batch 2 making
4000 / box , ie no scrap.
Need to have the result in a single pallet worth and also
a calcuation on a customers order level ie 1,024,000 pcs
breaking down the different requirements in each different
packaging requirement
Any help would be greatly appreicated.

of 4000 and 8 boxes of 200
