PERT analysis error, COM add-in, error 1101

While trying to use PERT analysis within Project received the following error
message:
An error occurred in the COM Add-in named: PERT Analysis
Error #:1101
The file Project management plan was not found.

Please restart Microsoft Office Project to restrat the COM Add-in.

And I am unable to use this function so far.
