We recently loaded a normal update to office. After loading the update, we
are no longer able to open pictures received via e-mail through our Outlook
Exchange server. When photos were received and opened previously, picture
manager would automatically load. Now an error message regarding photodraw
not being able to access the file is displayed and you are unable to open the
picture. Is there a setting that has been automatically reset with the
update that now needs to be redirected? Or does photodraw run under picture
manager anyway? What can be done to resolve this issue? Bsf
