[PowerPoint 2003] Ctrl+click copies objects without dragging

B

When I ctrl+click on any object in PowerPoint (eg. to select multiple
objects), it makes a copy of the object, even it I don't drag the object (a
copy is only supposed to be made if you ctrl+drag). This happens with
multiple mice, and even if I use the mouse buttons on my laptop so I know I'm
not moving the cursor at all. This only happens on my laptop with Vista +
PowerPoint 2003, XP works fine. Is this a problem with Vista + PowerPoint
2003? Can I disable this keyboard shortcut?

I have the same problem. My sticky keys were never on and it's still giving
me copies. can something be done about this?

I have a very similar problem working on Vista with PPT 2003, when I click on
an object it jumps, my sticky keys arn't on... is this the same thing? So
annoying having to permantently undo all the time before proceeding...

Any help to resolve would be great. thx
