Problem with a program trying to access email address stores in outlook

When I click on New email, a message box appears
saying 'A Program is trying to access e-mail addresses
you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If
this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose no'.

I have checked the computer for Viruses but there are
none. What could be causing this?? Office is fully
updated, so is Windows apart from SP2.

Please help!!! Thanks!
