Hi,
I have a Visio 2003 document with multiple hyperlinks. All the links work in
Visio, but when I save as a web page the links I have created manually stop
working. By created manually I mean -> Insert -> Hyperlink on an object, as
opposed to the hyperlink created when using an 'Off-page reference' shape
(Basic Flowchart Shapes). Ie. the Off-page reference hyperlinks work in the
web page.
None of the manually created hyperlinks work, and they all refer to pages in
the same Visio document, referenced using just the file name
(Arbeidsprosesser.vsd, ie. not relative) and the page name.
After I save as a web page, the following happens when trying to follow a
hyperlink:
Locally on the computer, just opening the .htm-file:
* The URL is \\Computer_name\Directory\Visio document.htm
* I get the following error message (in a dialog box): "Internet Explorer
cannot open the Internet site file://\\Computer_name\Directory\Visio
document.htm. Operation aborted"
On a web server where I have published the .htm-file and the '_files'
directory:
* The URL is http://www.domain.com/directory/Visio document_files/Visio
document.vsd#SOP_Start. Of course, there is no 'Visio document.vsd' file in
the 'Visio document_files' directory...
* I get the error message pasted below in the browser window.
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated!
