I am trying to print a resource usage view in a resource pool file in Project
2000.
Upon clicking print preview, I hang for sometime followed by message "There
is not enough memory to print. To free up available memory, close programs,
projects or windowns you aren't using and try again". This problem recurs
even when I free up memory. Basically I think MSP thinks there are over 2000
pages in the file, even though the timescale only goes into mid 2006.
Sometimes it will return the entire file in print preview.
Additionally, if I use the print dialog box and try to select the timescale
(e.g. for June and July) it returns the entire length of the project and
ignores my timescale critera.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the plans to the pool, unticking
"Print blank pages" in page settings etc. but still experience this problem.
Any suggestions?
