RE: remove the lookup feature

    Hi, ladytiger.

    You cannot remove this funcntionality when you are in a table.

    With that said, consider this. In Access it is never a good idea to allow
    users to work with or in the tables of your database. Tables are for holding
    records and records. Records have fields and each field holds a piece of
    data.

    Forms are the tool for having users to work with the data. You need to
    create a form where your users can add, edit, delete or modify the data in
    your table.

    You can implement many restrictions when you use forms. You may also want
    to look into the use of Macros and/or VBA programming code.
