server connection error

Dsen

Suddenly two nights ago this message pops up when I try to
send emails: "connection to the server has failed
account 'mail.comcast.net. server: mail.comcast.net.
Protocal POP3 Port:110 Secure (SSL): No. Socket error
10061 Error#Ox8000CCCOE.

I called comcast and we logged onto my email from the
internet and tested that we could successfully
send/receive email via comcast mail server.

Now what? still can't send/receive e-mails on outlook
express.
