Server Error: cannot close file "service.cnf"

I have not exceeded the file space on the server. I have
not exceeded the transfer space on the server. Have a very
small file of 24K to publish but cannot proceed.

So far, no response from Host manager so do not know if
the problem is on their end or mine.

Is there a way to "close" the 'service.cnf' file?

It on the host side, they need to run a check on the extensions, and let FP fix the security.

Thanks, Thomas. I suspect as much but since I can never
get a response from these people to any of my queries, I
thought I would verify this elsewhere and at least stop
fretting on my end of things.

I think it might be time to change over to a new provider.

But thank you for the insight.
