Shortcut open excel file to specific page

I've looked up command line switches and can't find one to open a file to a specific page. Is there some way to do that?

I couldn't find a way to do it. I just know that when I send someone a spreadsheet(workbook) and I want it to open for them on a specific tab (worksheet), I select that tab and save the workbook and attach the saved workbook to an email. Sorry, that's all I have for now. I think I have some SAS code somewhere that opens a workbook to a particular worksheet. I'll see if I can find it.
