Sticky Note question

Hi, I am using Outlook 2002. I am starting to use the Notes option now, but
I find that the notes do not stay open when I close Outlook itself. I have
another computer with Outlook 2000 on it where the notes will stay open. I'm
sure it must be a setting somewhere, I can't seem to find it though. Does
anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.
