Switching from a a currently running PowerPoint slideshow to another PowerPoint slideshow.

I need help...
Am a PC user who's required to use a Mac with Powerpoint v.X
Am accustomed to switching between active Powerpoint slideshow using
the Alt-Tab shortcut on my PC keyboard....how do i do that on a Mac?
My machine's a Powerbook G4.
Any instruction is greatly appreciated.
