The add-in "Remove Hidden Data" failed to launch in word and outlo

The add-in remove hidden data failed to launch in word and outlook. The
message which comes up states try reinstalling it. I have remove and
reinstalled as well as tried repiaring it but the message continues has this
happened to anyone else and if so how is it resolved?

Hi Neil,

Same problem for me, ever since I downloaded the latest XP repairs from the
Microsoft site. Or was that just coincidence? If you hear anything, please
let the world know, this is an irritating (small) problem!

Randall,

Funny that is was the latest download of XP repairs as that is exactly the
same time I started having this trouble. Now it won't install the SP2 for
office download.

It would be good if Microsoft could actually get this fixed, but I'm not
holding my breath.
