Our executive secretaties get this all the time with no pattern to it. The
only thing we know for sure is that there is nothing wrong with the margins!
Thousands of files are affected, and we can "fix" every section of every one.
What else could this problem be?

Are these newly-created documents or were they created with an earlier
version of word?

Which version is in use now? Everyone use the same version or is there a
mixture?

It's a mixed bag, Tom. Ann, just told me she received a word attachment this
morning. She clicked on it to open it, and cilcked print. Got the error.
Clicked print again, document printed fine. We are all currently using Office
2003. Ann said it happens on new created files, and older files. Hope this
helps
