Unknown Icon & Entry in Global Address List

I have a listing in my global address list with an icon of a folder with
envelope centered on it. I have not seen this icon anywhere else, so I
cannot determine exactly what it is supposed to be. Also, the entry it
applies to has email addresses in properties similar to all my other
users/listings, however this particular listing name is not listed as a user
within my server management.

Any light shed on this is appreciated.

I would ask in an Exchange group as the GAL is generated by Exchange, not Outlook.
