update/ add a contact to someone's contact list

I'm trying update/add some contact's to my manager's contact list. I can't
find any help tips or if I even have the rights to do this.

Any suggestions?

project management scheduling product. Try reposting your question to
the Outlook newsgroup or a newsgroup for whatever program your
contacts are in.
