Hi,
The sender is received the feedback from mail server: "User mailbox exceeds
allowed size" while folder size is near 2GB. I ensure that the personal
folder which I have created is outlook 2003 personal folder.
Pls show me your solutions!
Thanks for your reply.

Is it possible that the mailbox being sent to is over its size (my server
mailbox is limited to 20MB) and not the PST size being the factor?

I agree with Vince. It appears that the recipient's mailbox is over its cap.
You don't state what your email environment is (POP3, Exchange, etc.).
I have my user mailboxes capped, as well as attachment size and they know to
give me a call when there is an issue so I can review their mailbox with
them.
You should contact your Admin to discuss this further. You can also check
your mailbox size by looking at the properties of Outlook Today.

Thanks for your reply!
I agree both of you, Vince and Orland.
But I need to describe more specific:
+ I'm using POP3
+ My mailbox size is over 2 GigaByte
+ The mail which I have been sent is very small, about 50 Kb without
attachment. And this mail is my colleague mail (in same office)
+ If I create a new mailbox, outlook will run normally. But I still want to
troubleshoot this problem because I'm glad receiving your answers
I'm waitng...
Bye!

First, check to make sure your PST is a Unicode file. Right-click its root
and choose Properties and click Advanced. In the Format field, if it says
"Personal Folders File", you're OK. If it says "Personal Folders File
(97-2002)", then you're still using the old style. If that doesn't pan out,
perhaps you have a mailbox quota on the server.
